In the city of Gijón, a town perfect for watching Nearctic Seagulls (for example the Delaware Gull in the Isabel La Católica Park, or Polar or Glaucous Gull at the port) and rare coast species of the Cantabrian Coast like Rock Pipit or Purple Sandpiper.

This restaurant sidreria is well known for its special dishes of Asturian maritime cuisine like the seafood soup, Veleru rice with lobster, or sea bass. They also offer excellent meat dishes and a good variety of salads. Calamari are fresh and tender here and the cuttlefish is exquisite! The mussels in cider sauce are highly recommended. Special seafood platters and the mix grill of fish are also available.

Homemade desserts (rice pudding and cheesecake) and good coffee is available.

The daily menu is 14€ and you can choose between two dishes as your starter, main course and dessert, bread, a refreshment and dessert are also included in the price. Large portions. Friendly atmosphere and outstanding service.
