It’s located in the Parque Natural Las Ubiñas – La Mesa (Natural Park). This bar and restaurant have views of the Vandemurio Reservoir and the mountains surroundings like the Pico del Gorrión. You can eat outside on the terrace from where you can even see bears!
Besides the attractiveness regarding the excellent vistas, the food is very good. They offer traditional Asturian dishes like the “cachopo”. This contains two large beef fillets filled with ham and cheese. It’s served hot after being deep fried and it may come with some potatoes, peppers and mushrooms.

At the weekend they offer grilled vegetables and a traditional lamb dish called la estaca (pre order is required). It also offers fish from the Cantabrian Sea, cooked in different ways, such as casseroles, grilled, etc.
A daily menu is offered for 8.5€. A meal a la carte would cost between 18-20 €.
