Burgos, northern Spain: located in the picturesque town of Masa in the Rio Ubierna valley in Burgos province. Very near the entrance to the Cañon del Ebro Natural Park, a really good area for large raptors and forest birds. A few minutes away you can visit various different ecosystems, the most noteworthy being the paramo, which holds populations of the threatened Dupont´s Lark.
This accommodation has four large rooms, a cosy living room/ kitchen with fireplace where you can eat together at a large dining table or snuggle into an armchair by the fire with a book.
Guests have use of the large garden, children´s play area and barbecue. There is also a vegetable patch, a composter and a hen run. Local firewood and the fireplace heats a closed water circiut, making this a totally self-sufficient dwelling.
