Spanish Pyrenees (Aragon): located on the left bank of the Yaga river and the Escuain valley (Ordesa y Monte Perdido National Park,) the only establishment near the famous viewpoints at Revilla, one of the best places to observe Bearded Vulture.
The establishment is rune by Feliciano and Javier, who besides working in the National Park and knowing its fauna and flora inside out, have a flock of sheep at the mountain pass. Their grilled suckling lamb is a must.
