Caceres, Extremadura: an establishment specialising in iberico pork products (from pigs fed on Holm Oak acorns in the dehesa). They make the products themselves. They also sell dried saltcod (Bacalao) and local cheese. Very good value and with good customer service.
In the urban ZEPA of Caceres city and less then 30 minutes’ drive from the Caceres Plains and Sierra de Fuentes ZEPA and the Sierra de San Pedro.
