Situated in Avín, an Asturian municipality at the foot of the Picos de Europa National Park, where it is relatively easy to see Snow Finch, Alpine Chough and Wallcreeper. In the woods and fields you can see Northen Bullfinch, woodpeckers and many more species.
This accommodation comprises 11 rooms- doubles with bathroom, family rooms and the classic dorm-style hostel arrangement. Interior parking. There are guiding services and there are 10 x 50 and 8 x20 binoculars as well as a 20-50x telescope for hire. The albergue is just 2km from a Bearded Vulture foundation’s offices, and the owners actively collaborate with that project. They are developing green tourism in the area in the form of organised stays and activities.
