It’s located in the Special Protection Area of Sierras Centrales and Alange Reservoir, about 15 km away from Merida. In the surroundings of the bar there is a pair of Black Wheatear that fly over the roofs and rocks nearby, as well as Thekla Lark and Blue Rock Thrush.
It’s especially good if you want to have a nice breakfast of ‘churros con chocolate’ (fried pastries and chocolate) available on Mondays, Wednesday and Saturdays.
It’s not open very early but it’s a good option for breakfast after birding through the Sierra de Penas Blancas or the Alange Castle.
Bocadillos (sandwiches) and mixed portions are served.
