Northern Extremadura, Spain: a first-rate campsite in the Sierra de Gata, next door to a large colony of Eurasian Black Vulture. There is a camping area and various types of bungalows for different group sizes.
The Sierra de Gata campsite is situated within the Sierra de Gata and Valle de las Pilas specially protected area for birds (ZEPA), near the Gata river and Borbollon reservoir as well as the sierra itself which is home to a large colony of Eurasian Black Vulture.
This campsite is considered first-rate, it is fully-equipped with swimming pool, children’s play park, WiFi area, a supermarket, laundry and sports hall.
There is a camping area and two types of bungalow, rustico and superior, with capacity for between two and six people. You can hire accommodation with breakfast or with half-board.
