Northeastern India: situated at the entrance to Corbett National Park, the oldest and one of the biggest in India. The park offers excellent opportunities for observing Asian Elephant and Tiger. The birdlist for the park and the surrounding area is spectacular.
You can see wintering Wallcreeper and Ibisbill in the nearby Kosi river.
This is not a very luxurious place but it has a good quality/ price ratio. The owner is a birdwatcher and can help a lot with bookings and when choosing places to visit outside the park. There are various types of room and prices. The food is excellent. Early breakfasts and packed lunches are prepared on request. There is also beer, something not all accommodation here stocks.
There is no WiFi.
