This hotel is found by the gates of the famous Keoladeo NP, in Bharatpur (Rajasthan, India), one of the best birding hotspots in India, holding iconic species such as Sarus Crane, Black-necked Stork or Indian Courser among many others.
The hotel is very comfortable and new, quite luxurious by the standards of the country. Spacious, modern and clean. A/C and fan.
The restaurant food is delicious with an extensive menu including Chinese and Continental dishes. Breakfast time is not particularly early (7: 30h) but early birding in the area is usually difficult because of the mist so it is not a big handicap to start birding after the sunrise.
Keep in mind that it is located next to a busy road so it is advisable to try to request rooms that do not look onto the road. There is a hotel car park with watchman.
The hot water in the evening is only available from 18:00h to 22:00h, important to consider if you arrive earlier after a birding day and you need a warm shower.
Wi-fi available but at very low speed so it is only useful to communicate via Whatsapp and check e-mail. It only works in the reception area and restaurant.
Next to the hotel there is a small roadside shop with some birding products, clothing, dresses and linen shirts and spices (Banjara Collection).
