It is a charming place where you feel very well attended. The food and accommodation, great. To enjoy light tenien breakfast on the porch from the garden and taste of freshly picked currants it looks.
The hostel is not very large, has about 18 seats. This can be a problem for large groups, but they have solved when necessary part of the group staying in a private house (the owners are Gerda and Nico Gherghiceanu) located about 200 m away down the street.
Gerda and Nico also serves meals in an area of your home you have prepared for such things. Gerda speak English. His son works in a foundation called ADEPT (www.fundatia-adept.org). People of this foundation can accompany on routes from Viscri to Mesendorf and Bunesti by wonderful landscapes.
Attractiveness of the town: its architecture, preservation of traditional crafts, artisan products and especially its people. About meals here only say that the majority of products consumed are local and many of them made by themselves.
