This family business prides itself on producing original local cheeses with loads of varieties using milk from their home goat herd. From their typical cheese made from fresh goat’s milk, to others flavoured with orange, cocoa, rosemary and paprika, their range has become famous in the area and is now available in some supermarkets.
They also produce other ecological products like wine and olive oil.
They also offer visits to the cheese factory (2 weeks’ advance notice).
